No, it does not. It can appear randomly, even when you first start the game.
It doesn't matter in any way if the parents are shiny or not, it has absolutely no effect on the chances of a shiny offspring. When breeding two pokemon from different locations (such as one from Japan and one from the US) the shiny chance increases by six times, in Black and White (5 times in the other DS games). So the chances with the above pairing, whether shiny or not, is 1/1366 of having a shiny offspring.
If a Pokemon you own is not shiny then no matter what it cannot turn shiny and if you have a shiny Pokemon it will never lose it's shininess
There isn't one. all you do is select the all wild Pokemon shiny box while choosing codes
You have to find a shiny magikarp or a shiny gyarados. If you catch the magikarp, just evolve it. But catching a shiny Pokemon is EXTREMELY rare. Sorry to burst your bubble
there is no easy way im not exactly sure of the figures but there is an extremely low chance of catching a shiny pokemon, so just keep on hunting for it
There is no easy way of catching a shiny Scolipede or any Pokémon for that matter. They are very rare. You only have a 1/8467 chance of finding a shiny Pokémon.
the chance of getting a shiny Pokemon is 1/8496.
It depends on luck. when catching a magikarp, you have a 1/8000 chance of shiny.
You get it by winning the bug catching contest.

You cant actually capture shiny Pokemon whenever you want and there arent specific places. Actually the chance of someone catching a shiny Pokemon without a cheat code is 1 in a 1000 I think. If you want a shiny Pokemon it will have to be down to luck.
No matter what Pokemon it is and if it is shiny it will stay shiny if you trade it or migrate it, trust me i know i traded my shiny banette to Pokemon xd and its still shiny.
It depends on the pokemon. The chances of finding it in the wild are 1/8192 (.001220703125%)
What makes a Pokemon Shiny is the result of three numbers; Trainer ID, Secret ID and the Pokemon's Personality value. These three numbers combine together in a math formula that decides if the Pokemon is shiny or not. The result is that it is a 1/8192 chance that a Pokemon will be shiny.

no. if you get five shiny leaves on one pokemon, take it to lyra/ethan and they give you a star for your trainer card (which is like an upgrade or promotion)
