You don't actually need a person to tell you how much your Pokemon loves you, but there is Dr. Footprint. I think he lives in a cottage on the beach past Lake Valor and near Pastoria City on Route 214, but I can't be sure. He will use your Pokemon's footprints to tell you how much it loves you. And if it absolutely loves you, it will be given a Footprint Ribbon. I also think there's a lady in the Pokemon Fan Club in Hearthome City who will tell you whether or not it loves you. But there's a much simpler way of discovering its feeling about you. Just look at your Friendship Checker Poketch App (the one with all your Pokemon floating around the screen). Tap your stylus near the Pokemon you want and you can find its love status. If it moves away from the stylus, it hates you. If it moves toward the stylus and gives a cry, but no hearts appear above it, it's starting to like you. If a heart appears above it, it likes you. And if two hearts appear above it, it loves you.
