On Pokemon black, both fossils are in the relic castle on the entrance floor, but you can only pick one fossil the cover fossil which is the turtle Pokemon and the plume fossil is the bird Pokemon.

∙ 12y agowel there is one (there actually 2 but u can only get 1) in relic castle in the desert resort. u just talk 2 the hiker lady and u get either the plume fossil( archen) or another fossil ( turtoroga) or something like that. the other 1s u get in the dreamworld
