and ride the currents the RIGHT way (not right hand, although do go that way to start) and you'll eventually find a diving space dive in and keep going down till you come to a bracet. dive up here. then go to the other bracet on land and use dig there. now go up to the last bracet, read it then wait for the earthquacke. (if not simple inough check YouTube)
Find and Capture:
Regice is near dewford but above it. read the bracet. read it again and wait. then the door will open. go fight.
Registeel is on route 120. read the bracet. move to the center of the room and use fly. then go fight.
Regirock is in the dessert above muaville. read the bracet. 2 steps right and 2 steps down then rock smash or strength. then go fight.
