i don't live in America so im taking a wild guess, but in England there are often loads of Sailor Moon items sold on eBay that come from America, so there must be a supplier around. But if i were you do what i do and keep an eye out on eBay, you can get some good deals, i got the whole series of sailor moon s on DVD for £13.99!!

Yes DiC had dubbed it into English with voice actors with the first two seasons and then Cloverway took over the dubbing duties for the third season known as Sailor Moon S and for the fourth season known as Sailor Moon SuperS however the fifth season that is known as Sailor Stars was never dubbed by DiC or Cloverway for English audiences in the U.S. Viz Media was given the rights to dub Sailor Moon and they opted to re-dub all of the episodes of Sailor Moon so that they would be more faithful to the original Japanese version and would be completely unedited but would have their footage enhanced. Viz Media will also be dubbing Sailor Stars for English audiences and will also be dubbing Sailor Moon Crystal into English.
