Relicanth is a Pokemon required to find the 3 Legendary Regis Pokemon. It is found by the underwater entrance of Sootopolis City. Just by the underwater entrance there should be seaweed. Swim around in that seaweed and you will encounter various Pokemon like Clampearl, Chinocho, Tentacool, and Relicanth. Plus some other water types.

HINT: To improve your chances of finding a relicanth (as there is only a 2% chance normally) while you are searching the seaweed hold L to slightly increase your chance of finding a relicanth.

∙ 13y agoFirst, fly to Sootopolis City (nearest and fastest). Surf then go down till the end where you dive under. Exit the area and you should reach an area with grass. Surf around the grass like you would do on land. Usually you will meet Chinchou or Clamperl, but if you are persistent, you will find it. Good luck!

It will take some time to find it, but it is there. I found one by flying to Sootapolis then use Dive where you enter Sootapolis. Then whilst you are underwater go into the grassy areas and hold down L Whilst surfing through it. Hopefully a Relicanth should appear, but you must be patient because it is very rare there is only a 2% chance of finding one. oh my its so rare i cant find 1 l0l
