Tickets for Walt Disney World can be purchased in advance on the Walt Disney World website, through a vacation planner, or AAA Auto Club. On property, tickets can be purchased at any hotel concierge, the theme park main entrance, or the Transportation and Ticket Center.
You may be able to find discounted tickets from independent vendors who purchase "used" Disney tickets. It is strongly discouraged that you buy tickets from one of these vendors. Disney used a biometric system to prevent resale of their tickets. There is also no way to check how many days are actually on the pass until you are at the theme parks. These tickets may be confiscated and you will need to purchase new tickets from Disney, without getting a refund.

Yes, there is still a Disney Quest over in Downtown Disney in Walt Disney World. I've never been inside myself but I've seen it from the outside. It's there, though you need to buy separate tickets to get into it.
It depends on the kind of tickets you buy and if you can get a good deal. You can fill out some reservation information on the Disney web site and a price will come up! and also if there are any deals in place they will be posted there too.

If they are from 1971 then alot sell them on Ebay, I am a Disney freak and i'd buy them. I would say to sell around 50 to 75 bucks.

There are no half day tickets at Disney World in Florida. You may buy full day tickets or two, three, four or five day tickets. This is true for residents as well as non residents.
