There is currently no English patch for Fullmetal Alchemist: Bluebird's Illusion. A small translation group called Bluebird's Illusion: Rebuild has been working to localize the game for sometime and plan on releasing a patch in 2012. Downloads on the internet, including one from Bluebird's Illusion: Rebuild, are generally free.
