To find Strength in Pokemon Black/White you have to go to Nimbasa City. Once you are there, go to the two houses above the Pokemon Center. Go into the house furthest left. There should be a boy downstairs with some awesome blue hair :D Talk to him and he will give you Strength and gives you a hint to use it on Route 16.

∙ 12y agoGo to Nimbasa. From where the Pokecenter is head up once in that row of houses. The really last house to the far left is where you find Strength. A boy with blue hair gives it to you.
