yo, only way i know off is to migrate it from Sapphire ,ruby or, emerald ,the way you get a wynut in those is in lavabridge town; theres an old lady near the hot springs shell give you an egg walk for a while and BOOM! you got a wynut ...as soon as you migrate.

breed a wobbufet (which you can get on the three lakes with the poke radar)with a ditto or another wobbufet but one of 'em must be holding an item, but i don't know what is the item XDUPDATE: The Item is Lax Incense

First you have to beat the elite four. Second, you have to find the ruby and the sapphire. Then, go to cerulan city, and circle around the nugget bridge to the left. After Surfing down, you will get to cerulan cave. Inside, you can catch what it evolves into (I forget what it's called). Then, simpley breed it with a ditto and hatch the egg.

you can't find a wynaut in Pokemon platinum but how you can get it is by breeding two wobbufets (one male and one a female) or you can simply migrate one.

It is essentially breeding a Wobbuffet, but holding a Lax insense. I'll start at the basics.

You need to have both a Wobbuffet and something else it can breed with in the Day-care center. This can include a Ditto, Dusknoir, Muk, or even more. Unless you are breeding it with a ditto, make sure the Wobbuffet is the female and whatever else is a male. The Wobbuffet needs to be holding a LAX INSENSE for it to work. If it is holding this, then any eggs you get from the Day care will be Wynaut eggs rather than Wobbuffet eggs.
