To get a BURMY with a Sand-Cloak you put honey on some special trees and wait. Go around every tree and battle the POKeMON until you find a BURMY, catch it and go inside a cave or the sandstorm area. Get your BURMY to battle 1 POKeMON and hope it survives, if it does, look at it, it should have a sand-cloak. This also works for snow-cloak (route 216, 217) and the trash-coat (anywhere with normal white terrain. Hope this information helps. -Abyssal, the rogue trainer-

∙ 8y agoYou will need to have Burmy participate in a battle twice in a row. First, bring a Burmy to battle in a cave. After a simple battle, bring the same Burmy into another battle, and then you'll see that Burmy now has a Sand cloak. If you want a Sand-cloaked Wormadam, evolve a Burmy that currently has a Sand cloak. Burmy evolve at level 20.
