im not sure, I would say 15,20,22,25,30,35,or 40. remember im just guessing. those are the normal levels for Pokemon to evolve when I play heart gold and soul silver there is weedle that evolves at lv.6 or something and kakuna evolves at lv.10. same with caterpie and metapod and te hoenn versions of them.
