thats a lie, you can catch it on the route 219 and route 221, but you have to have the super rod. you get the super rod after the league.

∙ 11y agoYou go to route 4 and as soon as you get out of the tunnel you turn left and keep traveling that way, you go down some stairs and you find water. (must have surf) Surf on the water (must have super rod) you use the super rod an you will find a clamperl it may take a few goes of casting though. HOPE I HELPED!
