Where do you get the TM Draco meteor in Pokemon platinum?

this is for platinum dont know if its the same in d or p cuz i havent got them NEED: Defog and rockclimb First go to celestic town then go all the way right to go downstaires where ther are to patches of grass then go up the closest staires where the fighting guy is go across the bridge then go across the bridge on the right where a trainer is but dont go down the staires go down the rocks with rock climb then go up te rocks on the opposite side and the tutor is the house at the top

you get it by going to a house on the rout close to celestic town use rock climb and get to the house but maybe youll have to battle a man first. note: have to have a dragon type Pokemon that is close bonded to you.

Actually, You don't get a TM for that move. You have to go up to route 210 and then use Defog. At the start of the bridge you'll see a part you have to use Rock Climb on, Follow the rock climb. then when you reach the other side. Go into a house in the north. A lady will teach it to a dragon Pokemon. (Only if you have a good enough friendship) and then you have to delete a move. Also, On the bridge theres a log. Ride your bike on it and the go on the south path. Use rock smash and you can get your very own TM for the move Shadow Ball. And on route 211 theres a part you have to use Rock Climb on again (You cannot miss it) and then you can find the TM for Psychic as well. Hope this helped! :)

You must have a dragon type Pokemon or this won't work. And not only that, you must have max friendship with that Pokemon. Once you got BOTH of those, go to Blackthorn City and in one of the houses there is some lady who talks about a perfect move or whatever but you must have a dragon type Pokemon. But she still won't give you this so-called perfect move unless your Pokemon is at max friendship. Do that and she gives you - dadadadahhh!!!!!: DRACO METEOR!!!!!!!!!!! Voila, theres your move.

Go onto route 210 and use rock climb down to the area with the small house. Inside the house is an old woman who will teach your Pokemon Draco meteor if they are compatible.
