what you have to do is go to the leaky couldron and find a shop if u look through the door you can see tops and trousers obviously LEGO ones when you find it go in and you should see a counter with a woman behind

Go to the place where you buy characters and up the stairs are two dressing rooms, one has a wizard and the other takes you to the custom character room.
