well, at first i thought it was exp all cuz i saw in a video but it turns out that is only in pkmn red. i already knew about exp share, and you can get that by going into that building to the right o fucshia city where the cop in blue is and go up the stairs and talk to the proffesor oak aid. he will give you an exp share if youve seen at least 50 pkmn.

All you have to do is just put a pokemon (preferrably a level 100, or at least your highest leveled pokemon) in the front of your party, and give the pokemon you want to train up the exp. share. Then it will get a share of the exp. points. The reason you would want a level 100 in front is because then the pokemon holding the experience share will get 100% of the exp.

I am at the elite four and I've figured that fighting the elite give me a lot of exp so I am wondering if there is pokemons or trainers after the elite that gives the same exp?
Not all trainers only the one at the fight area etc. does that answer your question..???
