Where do you get the rainbow pass on firered?

To get the Rainbow Pass, you must complete these tasks. 1.)Beat the Pokemon Leaugue at the Indigo Plateau. 2.)Go and talk to the Team Rocket Grunts at Mt. Ember, beat the both of them quickly. 3.)Go into the cave and get the Ruby at the bottom of the cave. 4.)Give the Ruby to Celio on One Island 5.)Get the Sapphire 6.)Give Celio the Sapphire 7.)Get the Rainbow Pass
you obtain the rainbow pass after you catch mewtwo in cerulian cave! this allowes you to enter islands 4, 5 , 6, and 7

rainbow passyou must go to island1 and beat two team rocket people. then go into the cave. you will need to know the move strengh. carejul when you move the boulders. its kinda tricky so look it over befor you move them. you will run into two paths, one going down and one the same way you were going. DO NOT go the same way, go down. you will go down a latter and into a room with little boxes with braille on them. don't worry about them. just go down into the latter at the bottom of the room. you will know find the ruby! to get out, use an escape rope or if you don't have one, go to the other path that you didnt go down. keep going into the latters unter you see a wall to jump off of. jump off and go right. know go and see celio at the PC and talk to him. take the next favor and he will give you a rainbow pass. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

you have to find the ruby in mt ember and bring it to celio but first you need the national pokedex

moltres tips: if your finding it really hard and do not have a Pokemon with false swipe you can take the chance of using a move that will probably kill it because it might use endure and and leave it on 1 hp. a good false swipe Pokemon is marowark you can catch in victory road with the move false swipe (the cave part not actuall road) and sleeping is not that good for this Pokemon so it would probably be best to parlysis instead (this is what i did and it worked for me)

first you have to go to one island and talk to celio. he'll say he needs a gemstone then you have to go to mt. ember and battle the team rockets in front of a hole then go in the hole go to the end of the cave and you'll see a red stone it's a ruby which is the gem celio wants go and give it to him and he'll trade your tri pass for the rainbow pass now you can go to 4,5,6,and 7 island! Good luck!
Beat the pokemon league then have at least 60 pokemon filled in the pokedex. Go to the 1st island and talk to celio and hw will give you the rainbow pass.

you 1st have to beat the four best trainers then go to Cinnabar Island and Bill comes over to talk to you if your about to swim to Fuschia City and brings you to island 1 and Carlio needs a ruby then you give him that ruby then he asks you to get a saphpire and gives you the rainbow pass in fire red but i think its the same for leaf green

That's only available on FireRed and LeafGreen. It allows the player to access the Sevii Islands, and I have no idea what's at the Sevii Islands.

The player must first earn the Tri Pass to get to the Sevii Islands. Ceilo will give the player the Rainbow pass allowing them to travel to the remain islands after being asked for sapphire.
