Latios is found roaming throughout the whole hoenn region. He could be anywhere. what i would do is go to get max repels use it walk in the grass if hes not there then leave and come back and repeat until you find him. Latios is at level 40 and bring a fast Pokemon with mean look because he runs from battle immediately. Good Luck on finding Latios
Latios moves all over Hoenn. It's a completely random encounter, but once you find it, you can find it on your Pokedex.

You have to run around in patches of Grass, When you site it for the first time , go onto you Pokedex and find latios and then click area, then go to that area, check pokedex, if its still in the area run around for a few mins, check your pokedex and if it has moved areas go to that area. Then repeat these steps until you find it. Oh yeah by the way it is hard to find

Latios roams Kanto once you have talked to Stevan Stone in kanto.

• You use the map in your Pokegear and open the map and there will be a latios

• icon and that's where u will find it, but every time u move into an area like route

• 38 to 39 then it will also move so good luck. The same thing is for when you are

• getting Latias,Articuno, Moltres,Zaptos, Suicune,Raiku, and Entei.

Latios cannot be caught in Pokemon Diamond. Latios can be caught in Sapphire, Emerald, and Ruby and traded to Diamond and Pearl.
