To get a pichu, u need to breed a pikachu. If you dont know how to breed, chuck a pikachu and ditto together in the daycare. Talk to the daycare man, tell him "yes". Then cycle up and down goldenrod until he rings you saying that he has an egg. Take pikachu and ditto out of the daycare, collect the egg of the daycare man. Cycle/run around for AGES until it hatches and you have a pichu.
