Dive is got when you see medicham at your base after beating the game. Medicham will direct you to Lombre, Lombre to Whiscash, and he will give you Dive. Don't lose it!!!!
If you lose it go to solar cave. Then get to floor 10 and you need a key witch you can find after floor5-9. Then look though fl10 and you will find a door with a lock use the key and you need a Pokemon that can go over water (or its waterfall on floor 15).
