If you go to the Rainbow Foutain.At the top you will find a couple of links(Rainbow Pool,all pet colors,petpet puddle,all petpet colors,and Brushes),when you see the petpet puddle one,click it!

∙ 13y agoIf you look at the bar at the top of Neopets homepage (The bar should say My Account, Customize, Games, ect.) there should be the words "Pet Central". If you click on that it should bring you to Pet Central on Neopets.
