It is located at 777 South Mission Road in Los Angeles, CA
It is located on S. Mission Rd. directly across from the Waste Management buildings. The address is: 791 South Mission Road Los Angeles, CA 90023-1012. It is in the old Super King Warehouse. The Mission Rd as well as E 7th Pl, is not accessible via Google's street view. Also, google earth does not give an updated aerial view of the building. However, if you go on the Santa Monica Freeway via google's street view, you can see the building fairly updated with the remodeled Dyrdek Enterprises walls. Other than the blue fence surrounding the property there doesn't seem to be any main security. If you would like pictures and proof of this, i can send you pictures. just visit my message board.
