once you beat the elite 4 go to 1 island talk to celio in the Pokemon center he will ask you a quetion, say yes. then go where team rocket was guarding. battle them both. go in the cave and find it. give the ruby to ceilo. he will give you access to the sevii islands. then go to dotted hole on 6 island. it will say the door wont budge. don't worry this is normal. use cut on the door. get to the bottom of dotted hole. someone steals it. go to 5 island to the team rocket base and get the sapphire.give it to celio. go to the cave and the boy will be gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
