A great place for training for the elite four (or for anything else) is in the wild, or Pokemon trainers! Read this! The best of the best place to train your Pokemon is in the two stadiums located in the city where the Musical is. The city is well I can't remember now but it is north of Castelia. You can train everyday because they will re challenge you everyday. Each day the levels go to your average level. So that's one of the best. Another is the ferris wheel, which is OK. The stadium is good for training any level Pokemon because it will usually be your level.

∙ 12y agoI would say in the Victory Road, try and find trainers that you have missed or something. If you don't want to do that then I suppose you could just keep fighting the elite four to get exp. Hope I helped.
