Go to the main desk in that area (not inside, just outside) then use the Dowsing machine. Then stand in front of the hidden item and press A. The girl will thank you, go inside and give you a Lava Cookie

If you are thinking the one where the blond lady is standing in front of her suite than you just have to find her key. And where is the key? When you get to the reception (DON'T go inside) there are stairs at the left. Go in front of them then turn to the receptionist and press A. Talk to the lady again she will go in and you go after her. If you talk to her she will give you something I don't remember what. Hope that helps.

You have to use the detector app outside the hotel. It took me ages to find it and at first i thought it was going to be an unexplained mystery but you can find it.
