If you are playing the English version of the game, it is impossible for the voices to be heard due to a cutback of the English versions release. However, if you own the Japanese version, the voices should be defaulted so you can hear them, but they will not be in English and neither will the subtitles.
Digimonspirit.net might have it. And if you can't find it there, try google'ing "Limewire" and download it. Then search "Digimon" in the music field. Then you should get several results. Click and download the theme song from the list. http://baebae.com/acedigimon/sound.html

It depends on the target audience and their proficiency in English. Subtitles can be helpful for viewers who may struggle with understanding accents or dialects, but they may not be necessary for fluent English speakers. Ultimately, the decision to include subtitles should be based on the needs of the audience.
youtube should have it
I'm almost positive you can buy the movie at FYE or SUNCOAST. You buy it, then there should be a languages link in one of the menus. You can watch it in Italian with English subtitles or just watch it in English!

Hi, If the subtitles are included in the program content, you should be able to display the subtitles. All televisions made after 2002 (I think that's about the right year) are required to be able to display subtitles. It's called, `closed captioning`, and you should be able to turn it on and off from your remote control. You can find out how from your owner's manual. Hope this helps, Cubby
