Sailor Moon star lockets are made 20 years ago in Europe and Japan.
Sadly if you want to buy this toy in a good condition you won't get this cheap.
but even the expensive ones have scratches on them. I dont trust the sellers on ebay always, they even sell the ugly star lockets for a high price,and it always ends up with no one buying it. The best version is the gold star locket, then the pink one and the last is the silver one. good luck on your search

∙ 12y agoSadly the most sought after fan item for sailor moon is the star locket. Many people buy the designer locket as a replacement, but that is still costly. Be careful of fakes, but most people find a decentish price online.
