it depends... cause if you're playing Pokemon red, blue/green, yellow, firered, or leafgreen, it is located in the safari zone in fuschia city.
If you are playing versions gold, silver, crystal, I believe it is found in Silver Cave (I think its called that).
If you are playing Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, I believe it is found in safari zone located between Fortree city and Lilycove City.
Finally, if you are playing Pokemon Diamond or Pearl, it is located up in Stark Mountain. Before being able to go to Stark Mountain, you have to complete the pokedex (at least seen all 150 pkmn) and have beaten the Elite Four at least once.

Some really good moves it can learn are : Horn Drill at level 37 & Megahorn at level 57
Rhyhorn evolves at level 42 and if you receive a Rhydon holding a Protector it will evolve into Rhyperior which can learn the BEST Rock-Type move at level 61 (which is Rock Wrecker having 150 base damage).

∙ 11y agoUnfortunately you cannot encounter a wild Rhyhorn in Pokemon Black, let alone catch one. There are several ways to get it, however. The First way is to catch it in the Pokemon Dream World on the global link website http://en.pokemon-gl.com/ it can be found in the rugged mountain area. The second way is to use the Poketransfer facility on Route 15 (you'll need either pokemon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heartgold, or Soulsilver and another DS system (doesn't matter which DS)). The third wayis to trade for it either locally with someone who has Pokemon White, Black 2, or White 2 or on the GTS which can be found in Pokemon Centers.
