In Pokemon Black and White, shiny Pokemon can be found anywhere, as long as it's somewhere wild Pokemon are. The chances of finding one is 1/8192, though, so don't get your hopes up. This does NOT mean that after 8192 battles, you will find one. These odds can be made a lot better by using the Masuda Method, which involves putting 2 Pokemon that can breed together in the day care and letting them have an egg. If the two parents are from different countries, your odds at getting a shiny will be much better.
You either find them randomly, or you use a chain with the pokeradar :)
You have to be lucky. It's about a 1 in a million chance that you find a shiny. I think the easiest way to catch a shiny legendary is to save in front of it and keep restarting until it's shiny.
AR stands for Action Replay. It is a cheating device (when used for the pokemon games) designed solely for the purpose of modifying and hacking movesets, pokemon, shinies, etc.
Yes, in the form of some free shinies, lol
It's a shiny pokemon. You should catch it, as shinies are very rare! :)

If you mean how to get shiny pokemon in Black and White, then it's all by chance. The odds to find a shiny are 1 in 1892. That's only 0.0122% of a chance. They are random to find. You can also use Action Replay to cheat yourself some shinies.
You have a non-cumulative 1/8192 chance to find a shiny through random encounters or breeding. The chances for chaining shinies is marginally higher and rises until you hit chain 40.

anywhere where you find a normal shiny. shinies are exacty the same but rarer.
Definitely Thundurus. You can get 2 Master Balls in Black and White. You should save the second one for shinies or event pokemon.
You have to get lucky
there is no spot to catch shinies you just have to get lucky or have to different region (japan and America) have a egg and then it has a higher chance but thats it
Either with action replay or luck; Shinies appear very rarely among any pokemon, let alone legendaries.
shiney Pokemon are pretty much versions of the normal ones that are a different color. but some shinies may learn different moves non-shinies can't.
