To get shiny Pokemon, you must do the regi quest.
The first part of the quest:
Pokemon 1: Armaldo
Pokemon 2: Craydily
Pokemon 3: Unown R
Pokemon 4: Unown E
Pokemon 5: Unown G
Pokemon 6: Unown I
Once you have that team, go to the map: Hidden Cove. Keep clicking until you find a Regirock and a Relicanth. With the team you have, here are the additional Pokemon you can find in Hidden cove.
Ralts
Sableye
Aron
Meditite
Tropius
Absol
Relicanth
Regirock
Second Part of Quest:
Pokemon 1: Regirock
Pokemon 2: Relicanth
Pokemon 3: Unown R
Pokemon 4: Unown E
Pokemon 5: Unown G

Once you have that team, go to the map: Ice Rift. Keep clicking until you find Regice. No other Pokemon are needed for this part. With the team you have, here are the additional Pokemon you can find in Ice Rift.
