It's good to know there are many evee evolutions each excelling in one or more specific stat areas whichever one fits your battling style most is the one you will want to train: If you want high attack and some special attack along with it pick Flareon, If you want high HP along with good special atttack and special defense then pick Vaporeon, If you want pure speed along with some good special attack then pick Jolteon, If you want very high special atttack with some great speed pick Espeon, If you want a purely defensive Pokemon then Umbreon is best.

A tie between Umbreon and Jolteon. To evolve Eevee into Umbreon, you must get its full 'trust' (or love, bond, whatever you call it) by training it at night (anywhere past 8pm). To evolve Eevee into Jolteon, you must raise it past level 20 and use a ThunderStone. My best suggestion is to evolve any Eevee after lvl 30 or it will be young and not learn the moves at a strong enough rate. Hope this helped :D

Here's a good example; Evee; a Pokemon with 7 different evolutions, each which are different types of Pokemon. If you level Evee to a Vaporeon, the water evolution of a Evee, when the Evee is level 100, Vaporeon WON'T learn any water moves, unless you give it a TM or HM water moves. Why?
