It depends what you need. Hitmonlee has higher Attack and thanks to high Spec. Def. takes Psychic-type hits pretty well. But Primeape has better Def. , HP and is faster.
In-game I would say Hitmonlee, cause he has better moveset and high dmg.
Sadly the only way to get it in Diamond or Pearl is to use the PokéRadar within Route 208 and the West part of Route 211 in order to find and catch its pre-evolved form of Tyrogue then train it until it reaches its evolution level of Level 20. Also keep in mind that Tyrogue's attack has to be lower than its defense in order to evolve into Hitmonlee. You have to catch a tyrogue and make sure it has the nature you want it to have because you can't breed it to get the nature you want without having to catch a ditto, and get an everstone. A good method is to use a Pokemon with synchronize, i.e. espeon, with the nature of bold, because that increases attack, and lowers defense. If you find a tyrogue while espeon leads your party, his nature is very likely to be the same as his/hers. Other natures that work are:Impish, Lax, Relaxed, Calm, Modest, and Timid. These are not guaranteed to work, because the IVs of the Pokemon could lean towards attack, in which case you would have to use a Bold nature, and a few Irons possibly.
It is a glitch within the system and your Pokemon will not be actually deleted unless it really is a glitched Pokemon.
You cannot download Pokemon from the internet onto your HeartGold version. You have to get them within the game. However, you can get Pokemon from your in-game PC in the Pokemon Center.
No Pokemon don't die because the game is for little kids like yourself no offense but their are rumors that the spirits of the dead Pokemon lie within ghost Pokemon like the one behind you

Intramolecular hydrogen bonds are stronger than intermolecular hydrogen bonds. Intramolecular hydrogen bonds occur within a single molecule, while intermolecular hydrogen bonds occur between different molecules. The close proximity of atoms within the same molecule allows for stronger interactions compared to interactions between separate molecules.
