When the character of Malik (Marik in the English dub anime) appears in the original Yu-Gi-Oh! series, he respects Rishid (Odion) and very grudgingly obeys his older sister, Ishizu Ishtar, but otherwise does not know or "like" anyone.
After his dark half, Yami Malik, is removed from him following the events of Battle City, he begins a tentative and somewhat uneasy friendship with Yuugi and his friends, including Jounouchi (Joey), Honda (Tristan), and Anzu (Téa). He is not known to have any particular relationship with other characters such as Mai, Shizuka (Serenity), Kaiba, or Mokuba.
In the final arc of both the anime and manga, it is Malik, Rishid, and Ishizu who escort Yuugi and his friends to the location of Yuugi and Yami no Yuugi's final duel.
Malik and Bakura appeared to have a a tense enmity, as they were both after the same thing (the defeat of the Pharaoh), but they worked together for a brief period when it served their shared purpose.
Beyond that, Malik Ishtar is not shown having any canonical affections for any character beyond brotherly love or friendship.
