Brenda Song played Wendy in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Unfair Science Fair" from the first season. She didn't make another appearance, although she was mentioned in the episode paired with "Unfair Science Fair" called "Unfair Science Fair Redux (Another Story)" as one of the people Candace called who apparently sat next to her on the bus to the planetarium.
Wendy also applied to the Mr. Slushy Burger job opened, thus forcing the manager to hold a competition to figure out who would fill the position. She squirted ketchup all over Candace, and proceeded to waste all the condiments the two were supposed to dress the Hot Dogs with all over Candace, and vise versa. Neither girl got the job.
