Charice Pengpenco (born May 10, 1992) is a Filipina singer who at a very young age developed a powerful singing voice, and gained renown on YouTube as "the most talented girl in the world." Her performances at age 14 attracted international attention, leading to appearances on US television (Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah Winfrey) and shows with producer David Foster. She appeared twice on the South Korean star search show "Star King" and in 2010 released an international album. In 2012, she became a judge on the Philippines version of The X Factor.
