Lord Voldemort's father was called Tom Riddle.
He was a muggle who lived in Little Hangleton. Tom Riddle was not interested in Voldemort's mother, Merope, so she fed him a love potion. After discovering her pregnancy, she stopped giving him the potion and hoped he would stay for the baby. He did not. Heartbroken, Merope became ill and refused to use magic to save herself. Her son, also named Tom Riddle, was born at an orphanage and she died shortly after.
Being conceived under a love potion is why Lord Voldemort is not capable of love. Voldemort killed his father and grandparents when he was a teenager.

According to 'The Riddle House', which is the first chapter of 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire', Tom Riddle Sr. was Thomas and Mary Riddle's only son, thus it is unlikely that Voldemort had a paternal uncle.

Harry's parents were James and Lily Potter, and Voldemort's parents were Tom and Merope Riddle. However, Harry and Voldemort are distantly related through the Peverell brothers, because Voldemort is a maternal descendant of Cadmus Peverell, while Harry is a paternal descendant of Ignotus Peverell, thus making them distant cousins.
