It is difficult to compare the two as their training is so different. Jet Li is highly trained in Wushu and has won many championships. Jackie Chan is trained in Beijing Opera and has had some Martial Arts training, receiving a Black Belt in Hapkido as well as many forms of Northern and Southern Style Kung Fu.

Wushu is a competitive sport developed in China after 1949 in an attempt to standardize all the different forms of martial arts.

It would be better to say that Jet Li is better at Wushu while Jackie is better at Kung Fu as they are not exactly the same.
