You don't need action replay but, just catch all the legendary pokemon. (that you can possibly catch. Without action replay) So go to where the professor is go into his lab. Do the mission he asks you which is the Manaphy egg, get it then go back. If you have 2 D.S. you can bring the Manaphy egg to Diamond Pearl or platinum!! Sorry If I didn't really ansewer your question. :)
