Magikarp is easily the most pathetic Pokemon. The only damaging move it learns is Tackle. That's not to say you don't want one, since it evolves into Gyarados, a good Pokemon to have.

any pokemon in yellow, red, blue, are the strongest it just depends on how you raise them and the moves they have. every pokemon has a weakness for example
