what would happen is the roots of your hair would be blonde because it is natural so the colour would take easily. if bleach is used, the black would go orange! And if a hi-lift tint is used, nothing will happen on the black hair, the roots would also just turn blonde. The best thing to do would be to go to a salon in which they will strip the black off of your hair and then they would do some hightlights to make it more blonde. Do not expect to be very blonde straight away it takes atleast 3 times of highlights to be very blonde.
