∙ 12y agoLucario. Lucario is a real born pokemon. Who is strong willed and powerful. Mewtwo is a clone, who wants pain. Mewtwo would go to extremes to win a battle and waste out it's energy. While Lucario would bide good energy, and eventually win. Lucario would win. Mewtwo isn't that stong.

BUT as shown in super smash brother brawl lucario can fly when his aura power is extremely high lucario can fly! that's how we performs his final smash not only that but on the episodes on steal island all the steel Pokemon were going crazy!but not lucario because he was protected by aura! this is why lucario would totally PWN mewtwo!
