This is possible, but depending on what story of Thor you are talking about, from what book, legend, movie, or television show, Thor could win. In Stargate, Thor was a powerful alien who could do about anything... and in legends, he was one of the Gods, which I think could take Bruce Banner even in the worst rage.

Doomsday has a similar power as the hulk but instead of regeneration he can adapt to who he is fighting to win the fight. Since Hulk usually beats Thor I will give this title to Doomsday.
