The leaders of kingdoms won't join you. You have to look around kingdoms you own and find them in the fields. With other warlords, you have to beat them with a super effective attack or within 4 turns.

∙ 11y agothe only way is to beat all warlords in 2 turns or less with a supereffective move. it doesen't have to be all warlords at once.
