He is evil because, like most movies and Cartoons, there always will be a master teacher that teaches someone who will become someone great later in time..... and in this case the creator of the transofrmers movies.... not cartoons... chose sentinel prime to be evil to betray the autobots... or most rather optimus prime... his successor. Because in the new movie.... Megatron was really worn out looking and weak and there wldnt b any storyline... if sentinel prime was good..
