Because, in their greed for Mirthril, they mined too deep and "freed" a Bolrog. Bolrogs were "demi-gods" in lot with Morgoth (the most powerful - but evil - god). Also perceived as justification for Dwarves as a "lesser" and "uncouth" race by Elrond and Elves in general.
Because they dug too far because of their greed and freed a Demi demon
They saw beautiful lights coming from the Wood Elves feasts and they were extremely hungry so they were going to either ask for some food or steal it.

The Goblins join the wargs and start to burn Gandalf, the dwarves and the hobbit out of the trees. The giant eagles swoop down from the sky and pluck them from the tree tops and take them to their aerie. After Gandalf talks with the eagles they cook food and eat and then fall asleep.

They take two swords and a large knife from the cache. They later discover the two swords are elven blades, Beater and Biter. The large knife becomes Bilbo's Sting. And they bury gold and silver that the trolls had stolen.
Bilbo has a bad dream and it felt so real, he woke up and saw his dream was real and woke uo Gandalf So they could leave in time

The dwarves were cheerful because they had finally taken their kingdom of the Lonely Mountain after the great dragon Smaug was defeated by the Lake men. Bilbo was unhappy because when he was back at the shire, he always wished to go back and see the dwarves of the Lonely Mountain and wander the paths of Mirkwood.
He was angry at Bilbo's theft and decided the Lake men needed a reminder of who ruled.

Bilbo didn't get along with the other hobbits in Hobbiton because he was too out of the ordinary. He went on long walks and wanted to explore the world whilst other hobbits were content in their own little world of the Shire. Anything regarding the rest of the world seemed outlandish to them.

Gollum challenges Bilbo to a riddles contest, if Bilbo loses Gollum gets to stew him in a pot and eat him. If Bilbo wins he gets to leave the cave uneaten. After a few riddles each bilbo realises Gollum is much better than himself, so cheats by asking "what is in my pocket?" When he faails to find the answer bilbo uses the ring to vanish from sight and escape.
