The dwarves leave the palace tunnel in search of a new home after being displaced by the dragon Smaug, who took over their mountain kingdom of Erebor. Bilbo found the hidden exit in the palace of Elvenking. He makes a plan to make dwarves out of the palace. He put all the dwarves into the barrels with many plants that can protect them, and rolled them out of the secret exit. And under there, there is a cold lake, which will lead the hobbit and dwarves to the Lake Town

Bilbo is in the Mirkwood with no food or water. The dwarves have been captured by the elves. He realizes there is only one exit from the palace where the dwarves are being held. He manages to get the dwarves out, but is unable to escape right away himself. When he does get away, he is chased.

Bilbo stamps his foot and yells "Light! Light! Light!" repeatedly until the dwarves relent and come down the tunnel. They are deathly afraid of Smaug returning, but Bilbo's cries draw them to him.
Continue left in the tunnel past the ladder, and you will exit on the beach at the harbor. You cannot enter the museum from the tunnel until you have all six torn pieces of the Dragon Face.

He is at the end of the old tunnel , but he wont be there until you get the ticket and give it to the lady .Then you have to go through the tunnel , when you get to the end of the tunnel, the lady will say that it is the end of the tour and she will leave will step outside and he will be there.
