Mr. Hyde was not deformed he was merely Dr. Jekyll with all the goodness subtracted therefore he was shrunken with pronounced features, really large eyebrows ect. However, even thought Stevenson never directly said Mr. Hyde was deformed he made every attempt to suggest that he was.
Mr. Hyde does have a limp in the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. People perceive Mr. Hyde as deformed because he is deformed or physically disabled in the story. The disability is not explained.

The word tormenting Mr. Utterson in "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" is "hypocrite," which is written in Dr. Jekyll's will, causing Utterson to struggle with understanding the dual nature of human beings.
There are many debates about which character killed themselves, Dr Jekyll or Mr Hyde and it is a matter of your opinion and how you perceive the book, but if you go of the bare facts, you should know that Dr Jekyll has a certain degree of control over Mr Hyde's actions, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to turn back, and it was Mr Hyde's voice that responds when Mr Utterson and Poole threaten to break down the door. So yes it was Mr Hyde who killed himself, however I believe that it was Dr Jekyll that took control of Mr Hyde's actions in order to force him to kill himself. I think this because Mr Hyde would have committed suicide already to kill Dr Jekyll if he did not love life. You could also say it was completely Mr Hyde's choice to kill himself, as his terror of being caught and hung at the gallows for murder could have got the best of him.

One fact from "Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde" is that the character of Mr. Hyde is described as being small, deformed, and sinister in appearance, which contrasts sharply with the respected and gentlemanly Dr. Jekyll. This physical contrast symbolizes the inner duality and evil nature lurking within Dr. Jekyll.
Mr. Hyde
Mr. Hyde's personality is often described as sinister, cold-blooded, and amoral. He embodies the darker, more primitive urges and impulses of human nature, representing the destructive side of Dr. Jekyll's dual nature.
