They simply adhere to the target audience and add themes such as excessive violence , romance and action that other media versions can't imitate.

In all likelihood, no. The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes focuses on the early Lee/Kirby stories which featured the popular Avengers characters: Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor. This show also features characters who appeared in The Avengers comics for many, many years but hardly ever appeared in a cartoon series. Frankly I'm perfectly fine with Spider-Man not appearing in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. He's starred in many cartoons before and him not appearing gives other cool Marvel heroes who aren't in cartoons very often a chance to shine for a change.
