Although Katniss did kill Glimmer (and also the girl from District 4, which the text above left out), it was indirectly. It was actually the tracker jackers who directly killed here, and it was not purposeful, as Katniss only meant to create a distraction.
She did directly kill Cato and Marvel as said above in Bexeyxxx's answer.
