She killed cato mainly out of pity. He was in pain becuase he was being ravaged by mutts, and was bloodied, but wasn't dying becuase he had a protective suit. Katniss shot him through the
head so he would die, and wouldn't have to suffer any more.

Hi, this is Maysilee_prior. I just read the answer above and though it is somewhat correct there are a few errors. Although Katniss did kill Glimmer (and also the girl from District 4, which the text above left out), it was indirectly. It was actually the tracker jackers who directly killed here, and it was not purposeful, as Katniss only meant to create a distraction.
She did directly kill Cato and Marvel as said above in Bexeyxxx's answer.
If this was also what you were asking (just in case), Katniss killed Gloss with an arrow after he slit Wiress's throat.
