Okay this is an odd question but in episode 10 of the anime Fruits Basket when Yuki transforms after Tohru calls him Prince Yuki is it because it's like he got a erection or something?
I really don't know. I mean ya maybe, cause I don't see any other explanation really...The fact Tohru calls him by his nickname couldn't be stressful...nor did Tohru hug him, so that actually may be the answer.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean, but Kyo and Tohru aren't "together'' in the anime. Only in the end of the manga. The anime goes as far as the beginning of the sixth Fruits Basket Manga. Which, the anime changes it up a bit. They kiss in manga 21 and 22 though. Almost every one. there are a few with just Yuki but in almost every one there is a kyo and tohru moment.
